Donna is a CA and has worked, in public practice since 2004. Donna has extensive experience with professional services business, medical professionals, primary producers, management rights and hospitality amongst others, as well as SMSF compliance.
Donna is driven by helping people to grow, develop and achieve success with a focus on developing relationships to ensure a mutual understanding of needs and goals and understanding what success means to each client.
Donna works closely with her clients to develop their strategic plan for growth with a particular focus on helping clients to formalise their core values and mission statements which then help to direct all other business decisions.
As well as planning for asset protection and tax minimisation, she focuses on cash flow budgeting, performance management, process efficiencies and succession planning.
Donna loves the beach and boating with her husband and enjoys staying active, enjoying pilates, running and playing netball. She also loves reading both for business and pleasure.
