The Qld Government will release Round 6 of the Business Basics Grant on 30 September,  offering $7500 to businesses to improve

• Business confidence and skills
• Increase long term turnover, profit and employment
• Improve business resilience

1. Professional Business Advice

This could include

• Strategic business planning
• Financial Planning and Budgeting
• Business Structure advice
• Operational efficiency review
• Business mentoring & guidance
• Strategic partnerships and networking.

 

2. Strategic Marketing Advice

This could include marketing plans, SEO optimisation, content marketing, market research, branding or CRM implementation.

 

3. Website build/ upgrade

 

 

Funding will be received upfront on approval.

There is no co contribution required but the business must be willing to pay for any costs in excess of the $7500 funded.

Payments must not be made prior to the grant approval.

Your project will be up to 6 months length.

 

To be eligible you must have:

• less than 5 employees
• be operating with an active ABN
• Queensland headquarters
• minimum 1 year trading history
• maximum turnover $300,000 (23/24)
• not have been approved under an earlier Business Basics round
• not be insolvent.

 

Registration of Interest will open 9am, 30 September 2024 and close 11 October 2024 after which selected applications will be invited to submit a full application after 23 October.
